# Problem sending e-mails with Microsoft Outlook
A message with the error code 0x80029C4A (error loading the type library/DLL) or 0x80040155 (interface not registered) appears when sending e-mails from ELO.
This is due to a problem with Microsoft Outlook. Uninstall Microsoft Outlook and install it again.
# ELOprint tool: Create report
If a print job in the ELO Java Client didn't go through properly, you can create a log file to determine the cause.
Please note
To create a log file, the user needs editing rights to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ELO Digital\ELOprintTool.
The log file must also be writable.
Execute the ELOprintTool.exe file under C:\Program Files\ELO Java Client\bin.
The Logging dialog box opens.
Under Delete options, select the Registry and Ini file buttons.
Enter a valid file name in a writable path.
Enable the Create log file option.
Select OK.
In the ELO Java Client, select the Print document function.
A ZIP file is created in the specified path. This contains the log file and the printed file.
After you have done these steps, execute ELOprintTool.exe again and disable the Create log file option.
