Overview

Keyword lists are used to standardize entries and make it easier to enter metadata in fields.

The following actions are available in the Keyword lists area:

1 Select keyword list

2 Create, duplicate, delete keyword list, reload data

3 Edit keyword list

4 Import and export keyword list in XML and TXT formats

Please note

For technical reasons, an existing keyword list is overwritten when you import a keyword list. This is why the Import keyword list dialog box opens when you import a keyword list. To continue the import process, select Import….
