# Job log

The job log is recorded in the database and can be viewed in the configuration of a job by selecting the Log button.

# Summary

First, a summary of the last execution of the job is shown here. You can also see whether there errors occurred while synchronizing individual documents or folders.

Information

If an error cannot be clearly assigned to a specific system, it is counted for both systems.

As a result, the total number of errors may be greater than the total number of entries that were synchronized.

# Details

Below the summary, you can view the details of the last time the job was run.

The additional view lists all documents and folders along with their synchronization status.

If the status is successful, the Actions column shows which action was performed.

If the status is error, the Actions column shows which actions were attempted.

Information

If there are multiple actions, it is currently not possible to determine whether one or more of them failed.

This will be improved in future versions.

# Detailed log

The job log can be stored in the ELO Repository by checking the File job log to ELO repository box in the user's configuration.

In addition, it is also possible to configure the log level here. If you select Debug, the technical log is also filed to the ELO repository.

In the job log itself, all times are assigned a reference ID (e.g. entry_Abasjh890gfd76gfd87). This reference ID can be used to identify all related log entries for a document or folder.
