Background

To use the ELO Web Client both locally on the Intranet as well as remotely over the Internet, you need to configure the server specifically. This document describes how to set up this configuration.

For questions on the installation and configuration of the displayed server components, please refer to the administrator of your firewall.

Primarily, a server must be installed and set up in the DMZ. If additional requirements exist for the documents to be delivered, a second Indexserver instance (here: Repository1) must be set up. The connections between them are shown in the following diagram:
